Position Summary

As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision making across our commercial organization in Europe by designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures, while also developing advanced business intelligence and analytics tools. This hybrid role combines deep engineering capabilities with hands-on BI development, empowering commercial teams through actionable insights built on robust data foundations.

Warsaw - PL: zł193,885 - zł234,943
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures using Databricks, supporting efficient data integration and analytics across commercial functions.
- Automate data ingestion, processing, reporting workflows, and support the reduction of manual work through advanced analytics and BI tools.
- Integrate data from diverse internal and external sources, creating unified datasets optimized for analytics and visualization.
- Develop and maintain analytical products in Power BI and Genie, translating complex data into actionable business intelligence for commercial teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand both technical data requirements and business needs, delivering robust data solutions and compelling analytical dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all systems and processes, and monitor BI tools' performance, suggesting enhancements for greater business impact.
- Promote adoption of advanced BI solutions, including machine learning-enabled analytics and predictive modelling.
- Document data architectures and BI processes, championing best practices in data engineering and visualization.
- Build strong relationships with commercial stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for both data engineering and BI technologies.
- Degree in computer science, IT, or related technical field.
- Proven proficiency in Databricks, including experience with data transformation, data modelling, and integration initiatives.
- Solid experience in Power BI dashboard development, including DAX, data transformation, building and maintaining semantic layers, and SQL proficiency.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices, cloud data architecture (Databricks), and connecting Power BI to Databricks.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into effective visualization and analytical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to support data transformation initiatives, automate analytics workflows, and implement BI solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and regional teams.
