We are looking for Candidates who will strengthen our Technology Solutions Delivery Team in Poland. We welcome skilled data engineers willing to contribute to Data&AI team in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions.

We will appreciate when you are willing to take initiative and seek out opportunities to grow our Data practice with strong focus on Gen AI/LLMs. If you’re serious about progressing and ready to solve our clients’ most complex issues, this role is for you.

Your scope of duties:

• Designing and building new functionalities and solutions to client use cases, utilizing your extensive experience in Data&AI Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric etc.);
• Building AI solutions and advance analytics platforms;
• Data modeling, mapping and integration between source and target systems;
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert in Data&AI area;
• Defining and estimating the scope of work needed for the implementation of data systems;
• Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements for Data&AI Solutions;
• Collaborating, supporting and mentoring other team members;
• Supporting side initiatives (e.g., workshops, proof-of-concept, product shows);

Our requirements:

• Very good English language in verbal and written communication;
• Willingness to develop your career in Data&AI area;
• Excellent collaboration skills to interact with teammates and other stakeholders;
• Ability to plan, track, and report the status of the deliverables;
• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, computer science, or similar;
• 2-6 years of experience in building Data&AI solutions including data engineering, optimizations, modelling, pipelines etc.;
• Coding and development skills in programming languages (e.g., Python, PySpark + SQL);
• Experience implementing production-level deployments at an enterprise scale, understanding of DevOps/DataOps principles, working knowledge of Git;
• Working knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools such as PowerBI/Fabric;
• Experience in building applications using LLMs (foundation models, APIs, frameworks, prompt engineering, and techniques);
• Experience in building modern application architecture (Microservices, REST API, Kubernetes containers);
• Proficiency working in an Agile environment.

• Experience in large, international Data solution implementation programs;
• Experience and knowledge of building data analytics solutions using technologies like Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake etc.;
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools;
• Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality concepts and standards;
• Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs and ML technologies;
• Working experience with NoSQL, Graph database solutions;
• Technical knowledge in programming, scripting, and related standards (Python, bash, Perl, Java, Scala, JavaScript, C#).
