We are looking for a Founder’s Associate / Head of Operations to help build and scale this platform from the ground up.

What you’ll do

• Support post-acquisition integration and operational scaling

• Introduce processes, reporting, and operational structure

• Work directly with founders on new acquisitions and operational execution

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process optimization

• Coordinate across operations, finance, and management teams

• Help build the operating system of a growing industrial group
