What You'll Do:

• Design and implement advanced deep learning models to predict user behavior and preferences.
• Research and apply the latest ML innovations.
• Run A/B tests and develop novel approaches for real-time bidding and recommendation systems.
• Tackle challenges like model architecture optimization, data distribution shifts, and transfer learning.

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of hands-on ML/Data Science experience.
• Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and programming (Python, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas).
• Curiosity and drive to push the boundaries of ML.
• Bonus: Experience in recommendation systems, contrastive learning, or large-scale AdTech.
