As we scale our AI-powered platforms and digital products, we are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to lead the design and implementation of intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling digital experiences across enterprise applications. The role will be based in Poland with close collaboration across delivery, product, and business development teams.

Role Overview

The Senior UI/UX Developer will be responsible for shaping end-to-end user experiences— from research and interaction design to high-fidelity UI implementation—ensuring that our digital products are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

This role requires a blend of strong UX thinking, hands-on UI design and development capability, and close collaboration with product, frontend, and data teams. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of user behavior, design systems, and usability best practices in complex, data-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience and Interaction Design

• Lead UX research activities including user interviews, journey mapping, usability testing, and persona development.
• Translate complex business and analytical requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and interaction models.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with user needs and product strategy.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and usability across all digital touchpoints.

UI Design and Design Systems

• Create visually compelling UI designs aligned with brand guidelines and enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Ensure responsive and accessible designs across web and device platforms (WCAG compliance).
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Collaboration and Implementation

• Work closely with Product Managers, Frontend Developers, Data Scientists, and Business Stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and design reviews.
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design intent and UX quality are preserved.
• Contribute to design-to-development workflows and improve handoff processes.

Usability, Quality and Continuous Improvement

• Conduct usability testing and analyze user feedback to iteratively improve product experiences.
• Advocate for user-centric design decisions using data and insights.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance existing interfaces for usability, performance, and accessibility.
• Stay updated with emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development for web or enterprise applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and high-quality UI execution.
• Hands-on experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing complex, data-intensive dashboards and enterprise products (preferred).
• Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to enable effective collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum-based development environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
