THE WORK

Design, build and implement global solutions for the Retail (Sales) sector using leading commercial products from our partners, recognized as market leaders in the Retail industry.

Configure, test and develop custom workflows on the Java platform, including deploying solutions on POS devices and integrating with fiscal cash registers as well as external payment systems.

Develop Java-based applications for international clients across industries such as Finance, Automotive, Telecommunications and Healthcare, using technologies like Java 8+, Spring Boot and Hibernate.

Contribute to designing and building microservices-based architectures hosted in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), depending on business requirements.

Collaborate closely with QA and DevOps teams to ensure high software quality, seamless delivery pipelines, and stable production operations.

Work in an agile environment (Scrum), actively participating in ceremonies and supporting continuous improvement of team processes and ways of working.

Here’s What You’ll Need

At least 2–3 years of commercial experience working with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin)

of commercial experience working with JVM languages (Java, Kotlin).

Practical experience with the Spring ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate) and automated testing frameworks such as JUnit, JMockit or Cucumber.

Experience with relational and non‑relational databases, strong SQL skills, and hands-on practice in designing and consuming REST APIs.

Understanding of CI/CD processes and familiarity with tools such as Jenkins or Tekton, Maven, Nexus, SonarQube and Git.

Ability to work with Docker and basic familiarity with Kubernetes.

Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.

Working knowledge of distributed systems architecture and technologies such as Apache Kafka or OSGi.

Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace or the ELK Stack.

Fluent English (min. B2), enabling effective collaboration with international teams and active participation in discussions with stakeholders.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

Deeper experience in designing microservices architectures in multi‑cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

A proven track record in performance tuning and production monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace or ELK in high‑availability environments.

Experience mentoring less‑experienced developers or leading technical initiatives within your team (especially for Senior profiles).
