• Strong communication and collaboration skills within agile teams
• Ability to align testing strategies with business goals and data-driven workflows
  
  

💡 Hard Skills / Must Have:

• Test case design and execution (functional, regression, smoke, and UAT testing)
• Defect tracking in JIRA and creation of defect evidence
• API testing using relevant tools
• Exploratory and scenario-based testing for data-driven web applications
• Experience with multi-environment validation and test report analysis
• Experience testing complex applications using developer tools across browsers and devices
• Version control (Git, GitHub), branching and PR workflows
• CI/CD concept familiarity
• Docker for local or containerized test execution
• Experience with multiple environment management
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
  
  

✨ Hard Skills / Nice to Have:

• Financial or analytics domain experience, including validation of KPIs, CAGR, and model accuracy
• Basic SQL for backend validation
• Comfort with Excel and PDF-based result verification
  
  

📌 Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Support ongoing quality assurance across data-intensive web applications and microservice-based platforms
• Work with both UI and API testing frameworks across multiple stacks
• Maintain existing test suites and contribute to automation initiatives
