3+ years in AI projects., Deep understanding of GenAI concepts – Transformers, Pretraining, Finetuning, Proven experience leading technical teams (mentoring, code reviews, architecture decisions)., Ability to translate business goals into technical strategies., Track record of delivering Software/AI projects from concept to production., Strong understanding of agile methodologies., Feeling comfortable with Scripting (Bash, Python), Experience working with AI Engineers, System Architects, and Cloud Architects, Problem solving mindset - ability to troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems, as well as help Engineers in their daily work, Attention to detail, Good English skills - B2
