Your responsibilities, Twój zakres obowiązków, Act as a Business Analyst and subject-matter expert for critical internal applications, ensuring they meet business needs and support operational excellence., Conduct functional and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency., Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for development and configuration teams., Prepare and maintain business and functional documentation, process descriptions, and user stories., Coordinate and support project management activities, including planning, tracking, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication., Promote digitalization, automation, and standardization of internal business processes., Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices between local and regional teams.
Nasze wymagania, At least 4–6 years of experience in Business Analysis, ideally combined with experience in IT Project Management., Strong skills in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and process mapping., Proven ability to analyze internal business processes and translate them into IT and functional requirements., Experience with implementation and rollout of internal IT applications within a corporate or multi-country environment., Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ability to manage smaller project streams independently., Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization., Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving approach., Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of the organization., Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMP, IPMA, etc.) are considered an advantage., Proficiency in English (spoken and written
