
IT Field Support Specialist
📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
Your responsibilities, Provide on‑site and desk‑side IT Infrastructure and Field Support to end users, Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues while ensuring compliance with hardware warranty and customer security policies, Install, configure, and support laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and accessories, Perform smart hands and physical assistance activities at customer sites under instruction, Support conference room A/V equipment and basic VoIP phone configuration and troubleshooting, Provide basic support for networking devices and infrastructure (LAN/WAN)
2–4 years of IT Infrastructure / Field Support experience, Fluent in English and Polish, Hardware, OS, and software troubleshooting (Windows, macOS, Linux), Desk‑side and smart hands support (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals), Office 365, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), MDM & VDI exposure, Conference room A/V and basic VoIP supportServiceNow / Remedy ticket handling,, SLA‑driven support, Strong customer focus, communication skills, and ability to work under deadlines
