📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles,permissionsand security configurations
- Monitor and manage data integrity, performing regular data audits,cleaningand migration
- Provide first-level user support, troubleshooting issues andassistingusers with Salesforce functionality
- Manage and track support tickets, ensuringtimelyresolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders
- Identifysystem issues and document them clearly for escalation or resolution
- Create andmaintainreports and dashboards to support business insights and decision-making
- Create andmaintainautomation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.
- Provide Training and guidance to users totimproveadoption and effective user of Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams toidentifyopportunities for process improvement and system optimization
