Your responsibilities, Prototype and experiment with generative AI, LLMs, and classical ML approaches to address telco-specific challenges., Work on wide range of AI-based automation concepts and implementations., Define architectures and protocols for agentic systems., Investigate and implement inference and agentic workflows optimizations., Design, develop and test AI solutions PoCs with telco infrastructure, services, and data., Collaborate with telco domain experts to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation and co-create experimental solutions., Document findings, share insights, and contribute to the scientific and technical community within T-Labs. Contribute to scientific studies, publications, patents and T-Labs presence at relevant conferences.

Minimum 5 years in software engineering, data science or machine learning roles with strong AI focus, Extensive experience in working with LLMs (understanding advanced prompting techniques and context management, designing decision-making systems based on reasoning models)., Good overview of current landscape of frameworks supporting working with and designing LLM-based systems., Experience in solving real-world problems with autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, including workflow optimization., Solid foundation in traditional ML algorithms, statistics, and working with large datasets for data transformation and feature engineering., Understanding neural networks design and training principles, techniques, and frameworks., Proficient in Python for app development, understanding TypeScript., Experienced with Docker, CI/CD, Git, IP networking, and familiar with cloud AI platforms., Strong communication skills, ability to document and share technical findings in a form of presentations and technical papers.
