Your responsibilities, Troubleshooting issues with mailboxes, DL, Teams, and other M365 services both for end-users and local IT responsible, Managing mailboxes and other M365 resources, Managing quarantine and mail tracking as part of troubleshooting, Knowledge sharing with local IT departments worldwide, Enforcing policies and standards of M365 environment, Troubleshooting and 2nd / 3rd Level Support for Server Operating Systems based on Windows and Linux, Administrate services such as DHCP, DNS, GPO, Work closely with Platform Services teams in global rollout projects, Prepare technical documentations for tools, services and processes in English, Provide second level support for Local IS responsible staff worldwide, Perform other tasks, e.g. patch management, software maintenance
Master degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent, A minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in a similar position, Working experience with following technologies and tools:, Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Azure AD (Entra ID), MS Windows Server 2019 and later, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Scripting (PowerShell), Client Management solutions (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Azure Arc), General knowledge about networks, Linux environment knowledge would be an asset, Open minded with good communication skills for support and service desk tasks

We are looking for a talented, highly technical individual to strengthen the Platform Service Center (PSC) team at Franke in Warsaw.
The PSC team is part of Franke’s Platform Services Organization and provides services to all companies of the Franke Group globally.

Your responsibilities
- Troubleshooting issues with mailboxes, DL, Teams, and other M365 services both for end-users and local IT responsible
- Managing mailboxes and other M365 resources
- Managing quarantine and mail tracking as part of troubleshooting
- Knowledge sharing with local IT departments worldwide
