Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4/ PM)
Rate: CoM: 51.40 PLN / hour (Gross), CoE: 31.92 PLN / hour (Gross)
Role Overview
Data is the cornerstone of modern healthcare innovation. Our Client is a global leader in life sciences analytics, dedicated to helping the pharmaceutical industry make better-informed decisions through advanced data collection and technology. We are looking for Panel Administrator Associates to join a specialized delivery team focused on gathering high-quality market insights.
In this role, you will be responsible for professional communication with healthcare experts (doctors and pharmacists) to conduct structured research and provide essential medical updates. This is a non-sales position focused on accuracy, professional dialogue, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to healthcare professionals to perform scripted surveys and gather structured feedback (approx. 5-10 min per interaction).
- Information Delivery: Provide concise, 2-3 minute informational updates regarding specific medical products and pharmaceutical developments.
- Data Integrity: Accurately record and categorize responses within internal systems (CADAS) to ensure the highest quality of the collected datasets.
- Process Adherence: Follow strictly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scripts to maintain the consistency and reliability of research results.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all collected information meets basic quality requirements before final processing.

Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Polish (C1/C2, neutral accent) and basic English (min. B1) for internal system navigation.
- Education: Minimum secondary education; higher education is considered an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort in learning specialized data collection software.
- Experience: Previous experience in professional customer service, office administration, or healthcare-related projects is a plus.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time (minimum 30-40 hours per week).
