📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
- Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes across the group.
- Consolidate financial results from multiple entities and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting and reporting standards.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze portfolio performance, including occupancy trends, lease structures, and cost efficiency.
- Develop financial models to evaluate portfolio optimization scenarios and support capital planning.
- Translate financial results and business forecasts into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Prepare clear financial analyses, dashboards, and data visualizations to support executive decision-making.
- Work closely with Country Finance Directors and senior management to develop and manage allocation principles, financial processes, and performance metrics across countries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with broader business objectives.
- Support transaction analysis and due diligence related to acquisitions, disposals, and lease negotiations.
- Monitor market developments and provide insights on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities in the real estate sector.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable financial planning and reporting tools.
- Lead and develop the controlling function while fostering collaboration across finance and business teams.
- Business trips Poland–Finland (1–2 times per month – to be agreed). ✈️
