As AUTODOC continues to scale its operations across 27 countries, the complexity of our financial ecosystem grows alongside our B2B client base. As such, we are hiring a Product Manager for Financial IT Solutions (B2B) to take ownership of the development and delivery of financial IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of B2B clients. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring the solutions align with business goals and client requirements.
The position is available for candidates based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, or Moldova.
What you'll be doing
- Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with broader organizational goals (business value, ROI, and efficiency).
- Backlog Management: Own the product backlog. Create, prioritize, and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Ensure the development team always has a healthy backlog of ready-to-work items.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Manage expectations, gather requirements, and ensure transparency on progress and roadblocks.
- Agile Execution: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and refinement sessions. collaborate with Scrum Masters to remove impediments and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use KPIs, user feedback, and market research to validate features and prioritize work that delivers the highest business impact.
- Process Optimization: Don't just build software; improve the process. Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows to identify gaps, automate manual tasks, and increase operational efficiency.
- Release & Quality: Define acceptance criteria, oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage the release process to ensure smooth adoption by end-users.
What you will need to succeed
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst within an Agile environment.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Technical Savvy: Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with specific experience in ERP systems (ideally SAP S/4HANA).
- Methodology: Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, including backlog management and requirements gathering.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use KPIs and market research to drive data-driven decision-making and process mapping (BPMN).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1); proficiency in Russian is a strong plus to support our diverse international teams.
