As a member of our global IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Fulfillment Areas within SAP ECC and S/4HANA. This includes ensuring system stability, supporting ongoing improvements, and aligning technical solutions with business needs. You will play a key role in incident resolution, compliance, and support projects—collaborating closely with other IT teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, efficient, and compliant SAP solutions.
More about the role:
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide level 2 and 3 support, conduct root cause analysis, and group recurring issues
- Design, customize and configure SAP eWM/WM processes and solutions
- Assess business and application requirements
- Conduct fit/gap analysis and business process modeling
- Configure the software to business requirements
- Drive the development of functional and system specifications
- Develop and execute test data and unit tests to confirm the functionality
- Communicate in a team environment with colleagues
- Document functional designs in a validated environment
- Ensure system implementation and maintenance according to GRC requirements and policies
- Provide key-user training and user support during project phases
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
More about you:
- 4+ years of experience in multiple full cycle implementation in SAP eWM/WM modules
- Basic understanding of TM/GTS/ERP integration
- Experience with decentralized EWM is a plus
- Experience in WM/MM/PP/LE modules is a plus
- Exposure to end-to-end warehouse operations and process design
- Acknowledgement of SAP standard functionalities and experience in custom development
- Knowledge in new emerging technologies such as Solman, S/4 HANA or equivalent
- Experience in organizational and process change
- Experience in Agile/DSDM project methodology
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment, effectively interacting with others cross the world
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
