SAP TM Senior Consultant

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM Technical Senior Consultant to join EY GDS Consulting. You will work on end‑to‑end SAP implementation and transformation projects for major clients across EMEA, supporting both greenfield and brownfield initiatives in Cloud, Hybrid and on‑premise environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading or contributing to end‑to‑end SAP TM implementations, from design to go‑live.
• Driving technical solution design, configuration and system development based on client needs.
• Supporting clients in transforming core supply chain and transportation processes.
• Participating in advisory engagements and ensuring the quality and consistency of delivered solutions.
• Participation in SAP Consulting implementation projects with a focus on developing new solutions and expanding system functionalities within the scope of R&D activities.
• Cooperating with R&D teams to identify and implement best practices and new SAP solutions that enhance the efficiency of business processes.
• Reporting the progress of R&D projects and documenting implementation results, including post‑implementation reviews.
• Designing, testing, and implementing new SAP solutions — conducting workshops, pilots, proof‑of‑concept initiatives, and deploying new or improved system features.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 3+ years of SAP technical experience, including hands‑on development (ABAP OO).
• Solid experience in SAP TM and understanding of core end‑to‑end business processes.
• Background in system configuration, integration, and participation in multiple implementation cycles.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Good command of English and strong teamwork skills.
  
  

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in broader SAP Supply Chain solutions or TM add‑ons.
• Additional European languages.
• Experience working in LSP or GTS integration scenarios.
