We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our growing Warsaw product hub. In this role, you will be the product leader for a dedicated team of 5 engineers and 1 designer, focused on driving a new era of value for our self-serve customers.
Your mission will be to define how Asana adapts to the unique workflows of specific high-value industries, moving beyond horizontal task management to industry-leading solutions. Beyond this, you will own the engine for "Value Discovery"—building systematic in-product guidance and evaluation environments (like sandboxes) that allow our largest self-service and enterprise-level leads to realize Asana’s full potential before they ever hit a paywall.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements.

What You’ll Achieve
- Execute the new offerings: Lead the execution of new offerings for key customers segments, building key capabilities that enable them to serve a client’s revenue needs end-to-end. Work cross-functionally with partner teams to deliver a compelling holistic product from trial, onboarding, core product, buying experience – and own outcomes for the business.
- Architect Value Discovery Systems: Build the infrastructure that helps users discover "the next best action," ensuring self-service teams achieve active, successful, and ongoing collaboration.
- Synthesize insight into action: Use a mix of product telemetry and customer feedback to identify why accounts become "unhealthy," then build the product levers required to return them to a state of high-growth usage.
- Own the path to success: Navigate high-stakes 'big bets' by proactively identifying critical hurdles. You'll master the balance of intuition and analytics to determine the most efficient route forward, knowing exactly when to double down, pivot, or persevere to ensure maximum business impact
- Drive alignment through influence: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, Operations, and Marketing to ensure our product strategy helps Asana win in a highly competitive market.
- Senior IC Leadership: You have a proven track record as a senior individual contributor (Senior, Staff, or Principal PM level) leading difficult, ambitious, and ambiguous initiatives.
- Customer-Centric Strategist: You deeply understand user needs and use a mix of quantitative data and qualitative research (using the UXR DIY toolkit) to power your decisions.
- Strategic Distiller: You excel at making the complex simple, creating and evangelizing roadmaps that inspire both your team and company-wide stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Maker: You have a strong background in hypothesis-driven development and A/B testing. You don't just find the data. You use it to make courageous, informed decisions that increase our velocity and probability of success.
- Growth Mindset: You are open, curious, and humble. You actively seek diverse perspectives to inform your opinions and use conflict as an opportunity for co-creation.
