📝 Twój zakres obowiązków
Your responsibilities, Partner with clients to understand business needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutions., Participate in solution design, configuration, and implementation across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM., Ensure platform best practices, maintainability, and upgrade readiness., Collaborate with architects, project managers, and QA to deliver high-quality outcomes., Document designs, configurations, and testing plans.
Experience with ServiceNow (2+ years preferred) in either technical or functional capacity., Strong understanding of ITSM processes and platform governance., Ability to work in Agile delivery environments., Excellent communication and problem-solving skills., Good command of English.
Optional, ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in ITSM/ITOM/HRSD)., ITIL Foundation certification., Experience with Performance Analytics, CMDB, or advanced integrations., Good command of German or other foreign languages.
