Your responsibilities, Define frontend architecture and ensure high-quality, maintainable code., Contribute hands-on to the codebase and technical decisions., Own delivery of key initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality execution., Collaborate with Product, Design, and stakeholders to deliver business impact., Shape long-term frontend strategy and improve engineering processes., Remove blockers and drive efficiency across teams.
6+ years of professional software development experience, with strong skills in React, JavaScript, and TypeScript., Proven experience building and scaling production web applications., Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization., Experience leading engineering teams or technical initiatives., Proven ability to mentor engineers and drive team performance., Excellent communication in English., Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills., Ability to challenge ideas, manage trade-offs, and work in fast-paced environments.
