Your responsibilities, We are a dynamic real estate development company delivering residential and commercial projects across the full investment lifecycle. Digital transformation, process automation and data quality are key pillars of our strategy to support our Sales, Finance and Project teams., To support our growing IT & Digital roadmap, we are looking for an experienced IT & Digital PMO Consultant to play a central role at the intersection of business, systems and innovation., , Your responsibilities:, IT Project & Portfolio Management (PMO), • End-to-end management of the IT & Digital project portfolio (from scoping to delivery)., • Planning and controlling budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies., • Regular reporting to Management and key stakeholders on project status and priorities., , Systems Architecture & Integrations, • Oversight of IT systems architecture and data flows between applications (API integrations)., • Ensuring system interoperability and eliminating data silos., • Responsibility for data structure, consistency and integrity across company systems., , Backlog & Systems Development Management, • Collecting, analysing and prioritising business needs from Sales, Finance, Technical and Project teams., • Preparing clear functional and non-functional specifications., • Supporting management decisions on system developments based on ROI and company strategy., , Business – IT Interface & Vendor Management, • Acting as the main point of contact between business users and IT vendors / software providers., • Translating business needs into technical requirements and vice versa., • Managing external IT partners (software vendors, IT support, managed services)., • Defining and monitoring KPIs and SLAs (resolution rates, system performance, service quality)., , Real Estate Systems Expertise, • Acting as key expert and owner of solutions such as Webcon BPS (workflow) and Pivotal CRM., • Continuous optimisation of digital processes across the real estate development lifecycle., • Ensuring that digital tools fully support real operational and business processes., , Innovation, AI & Continuous Improvement, • Active technology watch (AI, automation, predictive analytics)., • Leading or supporting the integration of AI-driven solutions to improve productivity., • Proactively identifying process weaknesses and optimisation opportunities through IT systems., , Change Management & User Support, • Preparing training materials and delivering user trainings., • Providing second-level analytical support for key users., • Supporting change adoption and continuous improvement culture across the organisation.
• Proven experience in IT / Digital roles, ideally within real estate, construction or investment-driven environments., • Strong dual competence:, business process understanding + solid technical background, (workflow systems, CRM, APIs, system integrations, AI concepts)., • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical topics to non-technical users., • Strong PMO mindset: structured, methodical and results-oriented., • Analytical thinking, prioritisation skills and ability to synthesise complex topics., • Natural leadership and strong stakeholder management skills., , Languages:, • English: fluent (mandatory), • French: a strong plus, , 👉 CV must be submitted in English.
