5-10+ years’ experience in product management, with specific expertise in Salesforce and marketing solutions;, 3+ years proven leadership experience with strong coaching and business engagement capabilities;, Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent practical experience;, Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities;, Demonstrated knowledge of CRM system process, marketing processes and integrations, including Finance integrations, Salesforce Marketing cloud, Site Core and SharePoint;, Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies;, Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills;, Strong project management & consulting skills;, Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and certifications is a plus.
