Workday Product Manager

We are looking for:

Workday Product Manager

Your future role:

• Manage the product lifecycle within Workday HCM (Core HCM and Recruiting),
• Develop product roadmaps, prioritize features, and manage releases,
• Design and deliver product solutions from concept to end-of-life,
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across cultures and time zones,
• Manage and coach Product Owners within the scrum team,
• Collaborate cross-functionally with system architecture, risk, legal, and operations teams,
• Apply design thinking principles and maintain a customer-first mindset.
  
  

Apply if you have:

• A high school diploma,
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management or product delivery within Workday or related areas,
• Knowledge of product management processes, including roadmap creation and release management,
• Ability to work independently, plan tasks, and manage stakeholder expectations,
• Demonstrated knowledge of new technologies and AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation),
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  
  

Nice to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree,
• Certifications such as AIPMM Certified Product Manager or Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO),
• Familiarity with product management tools and agile methodologies.
