We are currently looking for candidates for the role:
Senior Strategy & Transformation Project Manager
Key responsibilities:
- being a key member of the Strategy & Transformation Office (STO) working closely with our executive and leadership teams,
- coaching and challenging teams and strategic initiative owners at identifying new opportunities,
- analysing particular opportunities or challenges as defined for the initiatives:
- problem solving as needed,
- identifying gaps between the plans and the initiative goals,
- challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities to achieve better results,
- identifying roadblocks and actions needed to ensure maximum value creation,
- supporting building capabilities of initiative owners and their teams,
- supporting proper governance for the initiative’s implementation,
- driving adherence to maintain initiative plans, tracking progress and requesting corrective actions for delays,
- facilitating fast scalation and decision making, supporting the preparation of the topics to be addressed,
- identifying and prioritizing risk and opportunities issues for further analysis, and synthesizing the insights,
- facilitating any cross functional coordination need through the rest of the STO members,
- developing recommendations and creating plans to implement those,
- cultivating successful cross team relationships,
- preparing clear, comprehensive reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their expectations and transparency in operations,
- providing regular updates to internal stakeholders on strategic projects’ performance, risks, and opportunities as requested.
Candidate profile:
- previous experience (5 years or more) in strategy consulting, top-tier consulting preferable, with a proven track record of advising clients on strategic and operational topics,
- great business acumen, with previous experience in automotive/industrial organization, preferable,
- fluent - both verbally and in writing - in English and Polish,
- proven track record in managing complex projects and program; experience in transformation programs preferable,
- high level of commitment to personal and professional development,
- ability to integrate cross-transversal topics with strong sense for detail,
- strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, out of box thinker,
- ability to work effectively with people from different areas, countries and at all levels of the organization, with strong sense for coordination and integrated view,
- analytical mindset, with strong anchor in numbers and corporate finance,
- entrepreneurial and results-driven achiever,
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to lead and coordinate teams with different tasks, across different departments and functions,
