Today, we’re expanding our A-players team and looking for a Delivery Manager. The key aspect of this role is the ownership of delivery performance - not only coordination. We're looking for an experienced professional who will proactively shape the delivery area at Vstorm.
Practical experience in resource planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
Confidence in working with project budgets, profitability, utilization, and financial reporting
Experience with tools such as Notion and Jira, or similar systems
Experience with process automation - including identifying areas that can be improved with automations
Very good English (written and spoken) - C1 is a minimum
Location: Wrocław or within commutable distance from Wrocław - hybrid work mode in this role is a must
B2B contract with competitive monthly compensation up to 25 000 PLN (rate defined individually, based on experience and impact).
Hybrid work mode - 2-3 days in the office in Wrocław.

Interview with People & Operations Manager - approx. 45 min - Agnieszka will tell you more about the role and our projects and will explore your background, mindset and experience to check if we're a good fit for each other.
Interview with CEO - approx. 1-1,5h - an in-depth interview with Antoni to properly evaluate your approach, skills and experience, as well as answer your questions about the role, our business goals etc.
