Your responsibilities, Your role:, As an E-commerce Manager, youâll take a holistic, end-to-end view of our customer journey â connecting the dots between product, marketing, and user experience. Your role is to keep the bigger picture in focus, prioritize the right initiatives, and leverage all available resources to drive conversion and sustainable growth., Youâll continuously analyze what positively or negatively impacts performance and turn those insights into action., , What youâll be doing:, - Own and coordinate the marketing calendar, including launches, promotions, and special campaigns, ensuring all activities are well-planned, aligned across teams, and executed on time, , - Develop and continuously optimize our e-commerce platform in close collaboration with the UX & Content Manager Daniel, , - Improve conversion rate and retention through UX improvements, product recommendations, and marketing automation, , - Analyze user behavior using GA4 and Hotjar; identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements, , - Monitor and evaluate paid campaign performance (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and suggest optimizations, , - Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities and benchmarks, , - Oversee and guide SEO initiatives, ensuring best practices are followed and identifying opportunities to improve organic visibility, , - Identify and drive new growth opportunities
Minimum 2 years of experience as an e-commerce manager, Good working proficiency in English (our main company language) and German (to understand product content, website copy, and customer communication), Experience with GA4, Hotjar, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, Solid understanding of SEO and website optimization
