Minimum 5 years of working experience in software engineering or AI solution development, Strong foundation in AI theory with practical experience in LLMs and agent frameworks, Proficiency in Azure cloud services, Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell, Object-oriented programming experience in C#, Java or similar languages, Familiarity with solution design, prototyping and productionization workflows, Ability to navigate complex, highly regulated organizations with attention to governance, Analytical thinking, adaptability, clear communication and collaborative mindset, Upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2+)
