
Service Desk Specialist with French and English (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities, Be the first point of contact for customers needing technical support — via phone, email, and chat, Troubleshoot basic IT issues with confidence - be the hero!, Manage and track service requests through our ticketing system - always on track!, Collaborate with our expert tech teams to resolve complex problems - be their right hand!, Keep customers informed and happy with timely updates and solutions - extremely rewarding!
Familiarity with any ticketing tool would be a plus, Willingness to work in shifts between 7 am - 12 pm (8 h) from the office in Wrocław, Basic knowledge of Windows (including CMD and Event Viewer most preferably) and popular software, Experience in IT support environment, Problem-solving approach and a customer-first mindset - be a pro!, Great communication skills and a team-player attitude - team work is dream work!, Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) - we like different cultures here!
