You will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Pricing teams through data-driven advanced analytics and efficient administrative pricing activities.

You will be responsible for supporting the Strategic Pricing teams through data-driven advanced analytics and efficient administrative pricing activities.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the Rebates process: Ensure accurate monthly/quarterly/yearly rebates calculation, accruals, and follow-up of actuals.
- Develop and enhance pricing KPIs, tools, and processes across all Gates markets, utilizing PowerBI as a reporting tool.
- Develop and maintain pricing forecasts and models, utilizing various statistical modeling methods to prepare insightful reports on the potential impact of different pricing strategies.
- Implement and maintain a meaningful set of pricing intelligence reports.
- Actively contribute to monthly pricing reporting and forecasting for all markets.
- Support commercial pricing analysts in key strategic projects.
- Support SAP OTC (Order to Cash) implementation, support the switch from BPCS and ensure data continuity.
- Monitor pricing campaigns in different markets and assess their impact.
- Perform backup administrative tasks, including accurate booking and maintenance of pricing conditions within the ERP system, ensuring pricing compliance through internal controls and audits.

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Mechanical Engineering, with 2–4 years of experience in pricing, finance, product management, or a similar analytical role
- Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset, with advanced skills in Excel and Access, and confidence using Power BI (DAX) and analytical tools such as SAP, SQL, Teradata, VBA, and Alteryx
- Solid business acumen, high attention to detail, and a strong focus on accuracy and financial impact
- Well‑organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex analyses, shifting priorities, and ad‑hoc requests in a fast‑paced environment
- Trusted professional with high integrity, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate and influence stakeholders based on clear insights
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional European language is an asset
- 25% travelling to our Luxembourg HQ and other EMEA Gates offices and manufacturing facilities
