We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. 🩺💊

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 300 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻

• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
• Analyzing current state of processes with the objective to find improvement and/or automation potential
• Assessing, validating and implementing of standardization and improvement initiatives (across all entities in scope)
• Seeking holistic problem solving in all process areas and beyond (end-to-end perspective)
• Mapping/documenting processes, facilitating stakeholder groups to consensus regarding new business process designs
• Supporting in implementation Continuous Improvement and Quality related projects
• Involving in testing new and/or upgraded systems, applications and solutions
• Designing reporting platform and delivery of any ad hoc reports required by SSC or RO
• Validating of the Desktop Procedures (esp. for the newly rolled-in entities, post-transition documentation review and validation)

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚

• At least 2 years of experience working in Procurement/Supply Chain/ Purchase to Pay, preferably in SSC environment
• First experience in project management
• Knowledge of SAP module MM
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills
• Team player, highly motivated, flexible
• Ability to work with other cultures
