What will you be doing?

You will be at the forefront of our Identity and Access Management evolution, helping us build resilient, modern identity foundations that safeguard our global organisation. Each day you will partner with leaders and technical teams to design, implement and improve enterprise scale IAM solutions spanning on premise, cloud and SaaS environments. You will guide strategies, translate security requirements into architecture and lead modernisation programmes that strengthen how our colleagues, partners and systems connect securely. Your work will shape the identity landscape that underpins every part of our business.

What will you need to be successful?

To succeed in this role you will bring deep technical mastery across modern identity technologies and the ability to translate security needs into scalable, elegant architectures. You will be someone who can look across complex hybrid environments, understand how identity flows, and design solutions that strengthen security without slowing the business down.

You will thrive here if you enjoy leading the design of enterprise scale IAM platforms, shaping identity strategies, and acting as a trusted expert to both engineering teams and business leaders.

• Extensive experience designing end to end IAM architectures across hybrid and multi cloud environments, covering identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorisation, federation, IGA and PAM
• Deep hands on expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ including lifecycle manager, access certifications, role modelling, custom workflows, rules, connectors and JML process design across SAP, AD, Azure AD and cloud platforms
• Strong technical background with authentication and federation platforms such as Okta, including SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC and high availability authentication architectures
• Proven experience implementing and integrating PAM solutions, ideally Delinea Secret Server, with strong knowledge of vault architecture, credential lifecycle, privileged account onboarding, session management and DevOps integration
• Solid understanding of cloud identity models for Azure AD and AWS including RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM, IAM roles, SCPs, cross account federation and integration between cloud platforms and centralised identity providers
• Experience designing secure identity integration patterns for applications, APIs and enterprise platforms including SAP ecosystems, covering roles, authorisations, PFCG, GRC and Fiori security
• Ability to lead technical strategy, roadmaps and reference architectures while communicating complex identity concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels
