Your responsibilities, Vision & Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product vision, creating release plans and product roadmaps., Backlog management: Prioritization of the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders., Requirements management: Recording requirements from the relevant business departments., Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with business departments, process owners, and IT teams. , Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro)., Quality Assurance: Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback., Planning and tracking the budget of your development team.
Extensive experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment., Extensive experience in stakeholder management and task prioritization, as well as backlog maintenance., Experience in building agile product teams., Experience in leading highly qualified, cross-functional teams., Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously., Knowledge of SAP environment is an advantage.
