The opportunity
The Talent Product Consultant is responsible for leading the deployment of new or changed product solutions for Talent Service Delivery, as defined by the strategic direction and global Talent prioritization processes. This role will work with the Talent Solutions team and relevant global Talent functions to drive aligned execution of improvements and changes to Talent function process, technology, and data, ensuring outcomes that further Talent strategy and have positive impact on end-user experience and business value.
Your Key Responsibilities
Supervise internal and external project teams and vendors.
Ensure work aligns with Global Talent standards and expected quality levels.
Work closely with the Talent Product Owner, Talent Solutions teams, EY Tech Consulting and Enterprise Technology.
Skills & Attributes
Strong knowledge of ISQM, Talent processes, and EY technology landscape.
Excellent consulting, communication and influencing skills.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive outcomes in a complex global environment.
Strategic mindset with strong problemāsolving capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage endātoāend delivery of Talent process, technology, and service improvements.
- Oversee daily project management: scope, requirements, timelines, risks, and resources.
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and approve testing cycles (SIT, UAT, SRT) across Regions and Functions.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track progress and adoption.
- Partner with Talent Delivery Strategic Consultants, Product Owners and Analysts to ensure a seamless endātoāend delivery journey.
- Ensure process compliance with ISQM and embed required controls.
- Lead SMR teams across Talent and EY Technology.
- Use data insights, process mining and employee listening to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support business case development and governance submissions for investment or change requests.
- Design globally consistent solutions that respect regional differences.
- Prioritize competing stakeholder requests using a logical, transparent approach.
- Identify risks and propose ISQMācompliant mitigation strategies.
- Recommend automation and efficiency improvements.
- Reduce duplication across Talent processes, tools, and frameworks.

- Bachelorās degree required; Masterās preferred.
- Proven experience designing and delivering employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong background in change management, analysis, and complex project delivery.
- Experience working in fastāpaced, ambiguous environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, automation and AI is an advantage.
- Excellent command of English.
