Your role will be to perform manual testing, design automated tests, verify bugfixes and carry out exploratory testing when required. About The Role

As an Agile Test Engineer, you will be working closely with development team to improve the quality of delivered cybersecurity solutions. Your role will be to perform manual testing, design automated tests, verify bugfixes and carry out exploratory testing when required. As an antivirus vendor we constantly provide high quality product, therefore we emphasize the security and reliability of it.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, establish, and maintain testing criteria and procedures.
• Design and execute functional and exploratory tests based on requirements and collaborative inputs.
• Conduct thorough regression testing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and frameworks using Python.
• Analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Collaborate closely with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve bugs.
• Analyze test results, report issues clearly, and track resolution progress.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing non-functional testing (performance, compatibility).
• Advocate for quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience in software testing (minimum of 2 years).
• Proficiency with Python.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and automation.
• Experience in functional testing automation and scripting.
• Practical knowledge with at least one operating system: Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Effective communication in English, suitable for an international team environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills (nice To Have)

• Experience in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
• Exposure to virtualization environments such as Hyper-V, VMware.
• Experience with Command Line Interfaces and Scripting.
• Good understanding of File Systems and Executable Formats
• Experience with monitoring and diagnostic tools (Process Explorer, Process Monitor).
• ISTQB Foundation Certification.
