Your responsibilities, Support and work from architecture point of view in consolidation projects;, Evaluate and advise on new demands and requirements ensuring functional and technical fit with the overall landscape and strategy;, Gather, document and present both technical and non-technical requirements as needed;, Advise the business and IT on all matters relating to the IT architecture;, Uphold, govern, and oversee that the architectural standards and principles are followed;, Shared responsibility for maintaining the IT landscape documentation, both hands-on and by guiding other stakeholders in Sweco IT;, Identify areas of improvement and/or innovation where Sweco could gain a competitive advantage;, Contribute towards the development of the future IT architecture;, Maintain and develop the enterprise architecture, principles, and IT standards.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;, Proven experience of working as a Solution/System/IT Architect for some years preferably in a complex and global organization or similar;, Broad technical knowledge covering the Microsoft technology stack, business applications, data, and cloud technologies;, An understanding of how to use technology appropriately to support strategic objectives;, Good understanding of information security and data privacy frameworks;, Strong written and verbal communications skills in English., Furthermore, any experience of the following would be an advantage:, Experience in the use of design and construction processes or software;, Awareness of BIM and supporting technologies;, Knowledge in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning or digital twins;, Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and practices.

About the project
Working in a small team with other Architects, you will help to define, develop, and maintain the IT architecture in Sweco with a focus on new demands, requirements and company consolidations. You will work with colleagues from within Sweco IT and across the business to advise on all areas of the enterprise architecture.
The role requires building a deep understanding of the current IT landscape in Sweco from several different perspectives including technology, business, and risk. You will be expected to ensure that the IT landscape is documented to sufficient quality, communicated to relevant stakeholders, and developed to fit emerging business needs.
You will be part of company integrations, lead demand evaluations, prepare roadmaps and suggest improvements to ensure Sweco IT delivers the best service to its customers.

Working in a small team with other Architects, you will help to define, develop, and maintain the IT architecture in Sweco with a focus on new demands, requirements and company consolidations. You will work with colleagues from within Sweco IT and across the business to advise on all areas of the enterprise architecture.
The role requires building a deep understanding of the current IT landscape in Sweco from several different perspectives including technology, business, and risk. You will be expected to ensure that the IT landscape is documented to sufficient quality, communicated to relevant stakeholders, and developed to fit emerging business needs.
You will be part of company integrations, lead demand evaluations, prepare roadmaps and suggest improvements to ensure Sweco IT delivers the best service to its customers.
