Your responsibilities, The Helpdesk Frontline: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues reported by the team., Mission Control: Prepare and maintain workstations for new and existing employees., Hardware Management: Keep a sharp eye on office hardware maintenance and inventory., Onboarding & Transitions: Support key IT processes as employees join or move within the company., License Logistics: Manage the lifecycle of software licenses (procurement to decommissioning)., Co-pilot - take over manual processes and prepare AI-aided solutions., Remote Wingman: Help our remote colleagues stay connected via VPN and access troubleshooting., Data Safety: Assist with backup operations and ensure all endpoint devices are following company recovery policies.
The Polyglot: You are fluent in English and Polish (both written and spoken)., OS Knowledge: You’re a Windows power user. Bonus points if you also have experience with macOS and can navigate both ecosystems., Hardware Savvy: You know your way around a PC’s internals and aren’t afraid to open a casing., The Toolbox: Basic familiarity with Linux and at least one scripting language., You’re a natural Problem-Solver. You love digging into a ticket in Jira, analyzing the "why," and finding a solution that sticks., The "Safety First" Mindset: You understand the importance of data security. If you already have a foundational understanding of networking (IPs, DNS, etc.), you’ll hit the ground running!, AI cadet: You have knowledge about AI solutions - models, agents and frameworks.
