Practice Lead

Your responsibilities, • Support engineering transformation by coordinating uplift initiatives across multiple domains., • Collaborate with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups., • Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and prepare status reports., • Recommend actions for continuous improvement and engineering maturity., • Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways., • Ensure consistency in standards and practices across Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cybersecurity, and business technology teams., , Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Strong engineering mindset with experience across technology stacks., Proven ability to manage and coordinate across multiple domains., Experience in analyzing engineering data and providing actionable insights., Knowledge of engineering standards and their application across software, operations, and infrastructure., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including participation in Steering and Working Group sessions.

Optional, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field., 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering coordination, transformation programs, or infrastructure projects., Familiarity with industry best practices for engineering maturity, standards, and infrastructure components.
