Senior .NET Software Engineer (AI + Optimizely / Sitecore)

IF YOU ARE

• A hands-on engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, architecture, and business
• Experienced in .NET / C# or Node.js, modern web development, and building integrations
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments where ideas are not fully defined
• Familiar with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and distributed systems
• Knowledgeable in DXP/CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, Contentful, or similar
• Curious about AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering
• Able to evaluate new technologies critically and turn them into practical solutions
• A strong communicator who can collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
• Product-oriented, focused on delivering real value, not just concepts
• Someone with 5+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or consulting

• Shape how AI is used in content management, personalization, and automation

• Explore and validate AI capabilities within our digital experience ecosystem
• Build rapid prototypes and POCs integrating AI with existing platforms
• Define architecture and integration approaches aligned with enterprise standards
• Deliver evidence-based insights to support strategic technology decisions
• Reduce adoption risk by proving concepts through real implementations
• Collaborate across teams to bring innovation into production-ready solutions
• Establish best practices, patterns, and guidelines for AI in DXP
• Contribute to shaping the future AI and digital experience strategy of the organization
