The Role
We are looking for a heavyweight Senior Project Manager who acts as a bridge between high-level business strategy and flawless execution. This isn't just about "running a team"—it’s about becoming a trusted advisor for our clients and a guardian of the project's business health.
You will navigate complex environments, from fast-paced international startups to structured Polish corporations, managing large-scale projects (often Fixed Price, 2M+ PLN) where precision, diplomacy, and a product-oriented mindset are key. We value pros who can quickly adapt, identify growth opportunities for the client, and mentor others in the art of delivery.
Your Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Owning the full lifecycle of high-stakes software solutions, with a laser focus on both quality and budget efficiency.
Strategic Client Ownership: Building deep, long-term relationships. You are the "best friend" and consultant to the client, helping them navigate their roadmap while protecting Miquido’s interests.
Financial & Scope Management: Confidently managing budgets (including large Fixed Price contracts), negotiating Change Requests, and ensuring that project margins remain healthy while delivering maximum value.
Business Opportunity Identification: Acting as a "farming" PM—understanding the client’s business so well that you naturally identify and shape new areas for collaboration.
Product-Driven Delivery: Leveraging your product mindset to ensure the team builds what the market actually needs, providing strategic guidance to the client during the development phase.
Operational Excellence: Mentoring other PMs and refining internal delivery standards to ensure Miquido remains at the forefront of software house excellence.
AI-Enhanced Productivity: Promoting and implementing AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance project efficiency, documentation, and data-driven decision-making.
Presales & Scaling: Partnering with Sales and Tech Leads to craft winning proposals and facilitate high-level workshops that set projects up for success.
7+ years of experience as a PM in a software house or consulting environment, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-budget projects (2M+ PLN).
Mastery of Fixed Price & T&M: Deep understanding of how to balance fixed-scope commitments with the need for agility and risk mitigation.
Corporate & Startup Fluency: Ability to switch gears between the structured world of Polish corporations and the dynamic environment of international clients.
Business Acumen: You don't just track tasks; you understand P&L, burn rates, and how project decisions impact the client’s bottom line.
Advanced Delivery Mindset: Moving beyond "pure Agile" to choose the most effective delivery model for the specific business context, ensuring transparency and predictability.
Negotiation & Diplomacy: Exceptional communication skills in Polish (Native/C1) and English (C1). You can handle tough conversations at the C-level with grace and confidence.
Leadership: A "natural leader" aura—someone who inspires accountability in the team and trust in the client.
