GenAI Low-code Engineer (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities, Design and refine low-code GenAI solutions, including model finetuning and evaluation on proprietary datasets, Create, test, and optimize prompts to improve model performance and reliability, Integrate LLMs into enterprise low-code environments, covering agent workflows, RAG pipelines, chatbots, and API design, Build and maintain coding agent workflows supporting development and automation scenarios, Conduct research on modern LLM architectures, assess their applicability, and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs

2-4 years of experience in data science, software engineering, or a closely related field, Solid knowledge of enterprise low‑code AI platforms, including Copilot Studio and similar tools (e.g., Power Platform AI integrations, Vertex AI templates, Amazon Bedrock-based builders), Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG concepts, agentic workflows, and foundation models, Experience with Python programming and modern CI/CD practices, English proficiency at B2 level or higher — and fluent Polish (mandatory), Residing in Poland
