
Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer

Your responsibilities, Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, Manage and maintain Ansible environments (AWX/AAP), including High Availability setups, Develop and review Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules, Support production systems and monitor performance, Troubleshoot complex technical issues, Optimize CI/CD pipelines, Integrate automation with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with Ansible administration (AWX or AAP), Strong expertise in Ansible (playbooks, roles, modules, Ansible Galaxy), Solid understanding of YAML, Proficiency in Python, Experience with Unix shell scripting / Bash, Good knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus), Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (k8s), Experience with PostgreSQL
Optional, Experience integrating Ansible with HashiCorp Vault or Ansible Vault, Knowledge of configuration drift management and security compliance tools, Familiarity with additional DevOps or cloud-native tools

Currently, for our client, we are looking for a skilled Ansible Engineer / DevOps Automation Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated infrastructure solutions using Ansible and complementary DevOps tools.
In this role, you will manage Ansible environments (AWX/AAP), develop and review automation playbooks, support production systems, optimize CI/CD processes, and integrate automation with cloud platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments.
Experience level: 4+ years
Office locations: Cracow or Warsaw (presence required 8 days per month)
Work model: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)
