Your responsibilities, Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure services., Implement and optimize solutions using Microsoft Fabric to support data integration and analytics., Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure data solutions on Azure, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake, Databricks, ETL/ELT processes, and other data processing workflows., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver efficient solutions., Ensure data quality, security, and compliance throughout the data lifecycle., Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for Azure data engineering., Contribute to continuous improvement through evaluation of new technologies and tools.
Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure services., Practical knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and related data integration technologies., Advanced Python and SQL programming skills., Proficiency with PySpark, Azure DWH, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, etc., Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps., Fluent communication skills in English, both written and verbal; German language skills are an asset., Proven ability to work effectively in remote and distributed team environments., Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience in data engineering, computer science, or related fields., Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data management and architecture.
