Key Responsibilities:

• Execute enhanced discovery of BC/HA applications and validate them against defined set of criteria (DC mirroring control matrix)

• Ensure applications have DC mirroring capabilities in place including relevant evidence

• Ensure reporting is updated and maintained so project and program can have good overview of current status

• Include blockers and escalations in reporting

• Execute discovery of selected applications against DC mirroring criteria (control matrix)

• Ensure required data and evidence is captured and evaluated

• Analyse existing data from previous discovery exercise to pre-fill control matrix where possible

• Analyse new data to evaluate if criteria are met or further investigation required

• Report on significant findings and escalate if things are blocked/no responses received

• Update and manage control matrix to reflect current status

Experience Requirements (Essential):

• Experience and understanding of basic IT parameters is advantage (i.e. hosting, databases types etc.) but not prerequisite to perform analysis

• Analyst should be able to analyse and manage large amounts of data captured on applications

• Build sufficient models to interpret it, to ensure correct validation against defined parameters

• Analyst should be able to execute majority of all analysis independently over time

• Support from allocated architect for clarifications and guidance

• Resource needed to start immediately to follow initial plan to conclude analysis before end Q2 2025

• Allow time to potentially procure hardware to enable DC mirroring

• Rationale for onboarding external is due to limit time before analysis needs to be done

• Duration of only ~6 months
