Your responsibilities, supporting the implementation of global claims transformation projects and best practice rollouts, preparing high-quality analyses, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders, assisting in the development of tools, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and impact, coordinating with local claims teams to ensure consistent adoption of Group standards, contributing to process reviews and identifying opportunities for improvement across markets

Wymagania

fluency in English, university degree in business, law, or IT studies, 2–5 years of experience in consulting, insurance, or transformation project support, strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation and presentation, ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-country teams, proactive, self-starter mindset with strong organisational skills
