As Insurance professional in our Insurance Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe team, you’ll work with key industry players in the Insurance sectors around the world. You’ll be at the heart of a dynamic fast-paced environment of challenge, growth, and continuous learning. You’ll help our clients keep up with the latest market challenges and innovations and bring them the industry-leading best practices, technologies, and strategies in everything from product or process optimization to the booming switch to platforms and cloud.

THE WORK:
- Be part of our business transformation projects, creating solutions that will redefine the claim services and positively impact client experiences.
- Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state of the art solutions.
- Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset.
- Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams.
- Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.
Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter solution, preferably confirmed by relevant certification
- Other experience related to IT systems implementation including systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation will be an asset.
- Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in ClaimCenter implementation projects.
- Strong communicator with fluency in English.
- Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress.
- Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.
