Senior Product Owner – Test Strategy & QA Enablement

Your responsibilities, Design and execute a company-wide test strategy., Drive adoption of test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Browserstack) across teams., Optimize test environments, tooling, and data management., Ensure a seamless developer experience with robust QA support., Collaborate with the QA Practice Lead to define and shape the organization’s QA strategy., Own test data and environment strategy across finance, sales, and other domains., Manage dependencies and complexity in a multi-system landscape., Align with stakeholders to balance technical realities with strategic outcomes., Define and communicate QA platform vision aligned with technology strategy., Prioritize and maintain product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs., Create clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria., Collaborate with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders., Represent QA and testing needs in ERP governance and planning., Track KPIs related to quality, stability, cost, and developer satisfaction., Identify risks and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner., 3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer/Test Lead., Proven track record managing test strategies, test data, or environments at scale., Strong ability to align with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making., Passion for driving change and inspiring teams around new directions and innovations., Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.

Optional, experience with large-scale ERP transformations.
