Your responsibilities, Managing international agile and waterfall software development projects,, Leading a team and supporting subordinates in their development,, Collaborating with department managers, participating in recruitment, shaping processes and areas, as well as being responsible for selected ones
5 years of experience in managing complex IT projects,, 3 years of experience in people management (including performance reviews, development plans, recruitment, etc.),, Good understanding of principles and processes related to software development,, Good knowledge of English and at least basic knowledge of German (if you have had a long break from using it and donât feel confident, you will refresh it during an intensive course).
