Amusys Production Sp. z o.o., NOVOVISION is a casino management system serving dozens of customers across the gaming industry. We are at an important inflection point - our customer base is growing, our product scope is expanding, and we are undergoing a deliberate transformation to mature how we build and deliver software., , A central pillar of this transformation is building strong, disciplined product ownership. We want Product Owners who treat their domain like a product business: with a clear vision, a well-maintained backlog, sharp prioritisation, and the confidence to challenge requests that do not serve the product's long-term direction.
About the project
As a Product Owner at NOVOVISION, you will take full ownership of one or more product domains within our casino management platform and be accountable for their direction, backlog, and delivery outcomes. Domain assignment is based on your background, strengths, and the needs of the organisation at the time of joining - we are hiring for capability first, domain fit second.
You are joining at a moment when product ownership is being established as a genuine discipline. There is an existing backlog - large, complex, and in need of serious attention - and your first mission will be to bring clarity, structure, and prioritisation to it. You will work with Jira and Confluence as your primary tools, and you will be expected to use them with rigour.
You will work in close collaboration with the Product Design department, engineering teams, Sales, and Market Owners - the HQ representatives who maintain direct relationships with individual casino markets. You will be the person who synthesises input from all of these sources into a coherent, defensible plan for your domain.
This is not a role for someone who takes every request at face value. We need a Product Owner who asks hard questions, challenges assumptions, and is comfortable saying no - or 'not yet' - with data and reasoning to back it up.
